Terms of Use for Clients

1. General

These Terms govern the use of the Bez Kordoniv online consultation platform at bezkordoniv.com (the “Platform”) by clients. The Platform is operated by BezKordoniv OÜ, Estonia (details on the Operator page). By registering or booking a consultation you accept these Terms. Terms for experts are set out separately in the Terms for Experts.

2. Role of the Platform

The Platform is an online intermediary: it helps you find an expert, book a time, pay for the consultation and hold the meeting. The consultation contract is concluded directly between you and the expert. The expert is the seller of the service and is solely responsible for its content and quality, their qualifications and any licences their profession requires. BezKordoniv OÜ is not a party to that contract and does not provide consultations itself.

If an expert acts as a private individual rather than as a trader, EU consumer protection rules may not apply to the contract with them.

3. Account

• Booking requires a client account with a confirmed e-mail address.
• The Platform may be used by persons aged 18 or over.
• Keep your password secret: you are responsible for actions taken in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

4. Booking and payment

• You choose an expert’s service and a free time in their calendar. The price, duration and format of the consultation are shown in the expert’s profile; the price is set by the expert. Prices are in euro.
• Payment is made online by card through the payment service Stripe. The payment is credited to the expert’s Stripe account; the Platform commission is paid by the expert and is not added to your price.
• The booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds. If the payment is not completed in time, the booking is cancelled automatically and the time slot becomes free again.
• Card details are processed by Stripe; the Platform never receives or stores them.

5. Consultation

• An online consultation takes place via the video meeting link that appears in your booking. A chat is available to contact the expert.
• Please make sure you have a stable internet connection, a camera and a microphone.
• The Platform is not intended for emergencies. If there is a risk to life or health, call 112.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, refunds and the right of withdrawal are described on the Refunds and Cancellation page.

7. Reviews

• A review can only be left after a completed consultation — one review per booking, with a rating from 1 to 5. Every review is therefore linked to a real consultation on the Platform.
• An expert’s rating is the average of the ratings in their reviews.
• Reviews must be honest and relate to the consultation. Insults, false statements, other people’s personal data and advertising are not allowed.
• We may hide or remove a review that breaks these rules.

8. Prohibited conduct

• posting illegal, offensive or misleading content, harassing other users;
• fraud, using other people’s data or payment methods;
• interfering with the Platform, automated data collection.

In case of violations we may restrict or block the account and will inform you of the reasons.

9. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. BezKordoniv OÜ is not responsible for the content or outcome of consultations — the expert is. These limitations do not apply where the law does not permit them, in particular in cases of intent or gross negligence, and they do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Complaints and notices

Send complaints about the Platform, an expert or a booking to info@bezkordoniv.com. Notices of illegal content follow the procedure on the Operator page.

11. Test mode

The Platform currently runs in test mode: payments are test payments, no real money is charged, and bookings create no obligation to provide consultations.

12. Changes and governing law

We may change these Terms; we will announce material changes in advance by e-mail or on the Platform. These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
